Breakfast:
- 1 big apple
- 4 saltine crackers
- 1 piece cheddar cheese
Lunch:
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 piece of toast
Dinner:
- 1/2 banana too
- 1 cup of tuna
- half banana too
- 1 cup ice cream
After 3 days of this Military diet, as a result, you will lose 8 pounds. Also, after the third day, you can eat your usual meal
Also Water is an important factor in this diet and you can drink it as much as you want.
